We’ve had loads of people request we make this guide so I hope it helps you find or choose the best venue for your event, whether it be your 21st birthday party, engagement party, gender reveal, hens night or nan’s 80ths - we’ve got you sorted.
This list covers event venues north of, south of, east of, west of and on top of the river.
If you place a lot of value on the photos taken at your event, I will also mention what venues are best for our style of photography.
Each venue will have a past event we have photographed there, so make sure to browse through those to see what your event could look like there too.

I can’t describe how happy I get when people tell me their event is here.
This venue looks incredible, especially with our photography style. Day or night.
The food is amazing and I highly rate the chippies.
Put your balloon wall right near the stairs / toilets and you’ll be laughing with how nice the photos turn out.

There’s a reason this venue has been the website cover photo for about 5 years.
It looks absolutely incredible in front of our cameras and it’s right in the middle of the CBD.
Can’t get enough of events here - highly recommend this one!

Cleaver St & Co is easily one of the best DIY venues out there.
Bring your own drinks and catering, looks incredible, rustic, plants from the ceiling - what more could you want?!

Another amazing blank canvas venue.
This one is a lot larger compared to Cleaver St if you are looking for something in the city.
Bring your own drinks, park up a food van out the front (this was amazing, greek street food all night) and enjoy yourselves.
It’s also really quiet in this area and has loads of free parking for guests.

Bring your own drinks and food and go wild.
It’s a little bit bigger than Fridays studio, or at least it felt like it - so invite your whole extended family to this one.

That was about four city venues in a row, so it’s time to head south now!
Feld is an amazing space for all kinds of events. We’ve done baby showers, 21st’s and engagement parties here.
It’s an amazing blank canvas venue and its a nice and small for those smaller events that you want to make feel busier.
Bring your own drinks and catering and feel free to spill out to the car park under the festoon lighting if you have a bigger event.

THE SOCIAL NICHE, MYAREE

At the time of writing this, this venue is 3 days old!
We just photographed the launch of this venue on the weekend and damn, this is something special!
Beautiful natural light, fresh paint by the best in the business (Eurotouch Painting) and some stunning neons which contrast with some sleek black feature walls.
This venue has been inspired by all of the above blank canvas venues and I can’t wait to photograph more events here!
Whether its your birthday party, engagement or wedding - this is definitely one of the best venues for it in Perth.

This is by FAR the most popular event venue for birthdays, engagements, 21st’s etc in Perth.
We do that many events here it’s not funny.
I remember doing the first event here when it launched a few years ago and it feels like every week since we have com back.
It’s an amazing blank canvas venue, great bar staff and food. I think you can do your own catering if you want too.
It’s a really big space but its well designed so it keeps everyone together and has a nice chill out area outside.
Couldn’t rate this venue more highly, Alo and his team are killing it.
Parking is tough to be honest, so just uber in and get smashed.

Brooke from the Metro Bar & Bistro really loves to help her clients have an amazing event and this is why The Metro Bar & Bistro was the first ever venue to establish a relationship with us.
She really cares that they got to remember their events in a special way with our photography.
This venue holds a special place in our heart for this reason. 21st’s, Melbourne Cup, Christmas in July and engagement parties are all held here and they looks snazzy as.
The food is incredible, location is primo and the drinks are amazing.
Get on to this venue asap rocky.

This is a real fancy one.
We all know the Flour Factory for their Spin the Gin wheel (definitely got that wrong) but it’s also an incredible venue for 21st birthday parties, engagements and the like.
It’s rustic and it has character and its smack bang in the middle of P-city.

THE RAFT, ON THE SWAN

Is terra firma too vanilla?
Want to spice things up a bit and trap your guests on a luxe floating party house with mad drinks and hell good food?
Get on top of the swan river and host your event on The Raft.
This venue looks bloody stunning during sunset, its luxurious and its quite big.
Boats come and go every 15 minutes to drop guests off and cart the boring ones off back to dry land.
The food is top notch. If you have the budget, this venue is incredible!

This is a really lovely venue.
It boasts both inside and outside areas for your guests.
Festoon lighting, plenty of dancefloor space and lots of space for our Rift Booth are some of the best things about this venue.

This venue is smack bang in the middle of Perth.
It has both downstairs, upstairs and rooftop spaces for you to choose from!
The rooftop space is amazing during the day and it has lots of natural light filtering in.
This gallery is from the upstairs space which is really beautiful too.
The food and drinks here and amazing and will flow to your guests all night long!

The Subi Hotel is classy af.
This venue is hidden away at the top of the hotel but it has some really stunning decor.
The walls are dark, which really makes people pop out in the photos and theres a few different rooms in this venue which makes it great for separating guests from the noise of the dancefloor.

Located in the heart of Northbridge, you have one of Perth’s hottest nightclubs which you can have your party at.
There are a couple of private rooms to host your event at here and your guests can later spill out of the private room and kick on at Henry Summer.

A great spot south of the river to host your 21st birthday party, engagement party or wedding even!
There are both indoor and outdoor options for this venue and the both have loads of food and drinks flowing throughout the whole night.
There’s also a nice balcony on the top for guests to relax on and look out to the river.

Crew and King is super fancy.
I love how it looks in photos. It has character but it also looks super polished.
The lighting is spectacular and the bar is amazing.

Food and drinks are bloody good and so is the service.

You’ll be glad you’ve scrolled down the list this far to find this bad boy.
I get so amped when people tell me their event is at The Aviary at the Lounge Bar.
This venue is absolute king for lighting in Perth. Photos always look next level at this venue because of the beautiful black contrasting walls and lights around the windows and bar.
Heaps of space to dance whilst still staying compact, massive 360 degree bar makes waiting for drinks actually enjoyable and the food is hell good.
Great for 21st birthdays, engagements and the like.

Well damn, have I got a venue for you.
If you enjoy a party, big space, heaps of spare budget for piss and being east then this is it.
The Fremantle Lawn Tennis club is a venue we have done many an event at and I highly recommend it as a different option to normal venues in Perth.

A really beautiful, rustic and central venue.
The Perth City Farm offers quite a few event spaces for all needs (weddings, 21sts birthdays, engagement parties)
There is a large paid parking lot nearby for all your guests (cheap).
If you’re looking to DIY a wedding and give it that boho 2020 look everyone can’t get enough of then this is it.

Crown offers loads of different event spaces for your parties. Whether is be 500+ guest ball for your university group or a small and intimate affair at the Crystal Club, Crown will have you covered.

I can still taste the beef I had here like it was yesterday (and this party was not yesterday).
This venue has a balcony that overlooks the Indian ocean, a big bar that is separate from the dance floor for the oldies that hate loud noises and beautiful lighting.
The food is obviously insanely good as well, so keep it up Tom.

Hillary’s will always hold a special place in my heart after growing up around here.
The harbour is lovely, and some of the event spaces that the Breakwater has offers some really nice views over it.
They have beautiful lighting in all the spaces and they are definitely built for people who love to party.

This place pumps out the best cocktail food in Perth by a city mile.
Not only that, but the character of the walls, the decor, the flowers, the plants, the white walls, the beautiful outdoors areas, the drinks, the bar… omg
This spot takes the cake for me.
Day or night, wedding or 21st, this venue is the best thing ever.

It’s still just as good, a private little event space that has an open roof at the back of the venue so you can look at the stars.

Would you rather spend your venue hire budget on beers?
At the end of the day, you can’t beat a good old house party.
Yeah, you gotta clean it up the next day.
But after you’ve spent all night dancing with your best mates until 4am with a 12 pack of cruisers behind you you’ll be glad you chose your backyard.
Remember, a hangover only lasts a day, but memories last a life time.
